I've seen this going around Reddit. Where is this in QC? CR as you know is too poor and backwards to have mildly expensive restaurants.

I don’t know if it’s quite swanky enough, but Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse purports to be fine dining and actually has a very nice dining room and bar atmosphere but the food is shitty processed Performance Food Group crap like every other mid Heart of America restaurant.
