I can absolutely see Oklahoma State getting shut out in the matches listed above. IOWA can really help its cause with a clean sweep.

Yep - could be a rough round for OKST. Even with Heil and Dieringer winning, the above would help our cause. But, it gets much tougher for us in the semis and consi brackets could determine a lot. Also - don't count out OHST and even VT. I think we're in a race with these guys (OKST, OHST, and VT) for 2nd at this point, with VT a long shot to be in that mix.

At this point, one of those teams would have to perform lights-out the rest of the way and get lots of help in order to beat PSU

I see Ohio State with 5 in the semifinals. I would be very surprised if that is not the case. I can see IOWA doing the same but the chances are not nearly as great, IMO. IOWA doesn't have a bad shot at 5 in the semis but just not as likely as Ohio State. I am afraid that 184 or 197 may get tripped up.

I think that Nebraska and Oklahoma State get pummeled in the quarters. I see 2 of 7 getting through for Oklahoma State. I can see Nebraska going 0-5.

I think that Missouri will have a say in where IOWA places. I can see Missouri putting 4 in the semifinals.

I agree with all that. I optimistically have all 5 of our guys getting it done tomorrow in the quarters and that keeps us in there with OHST. As for MIZZ, they could definitely stay in the hunt for 2nd too. I just doubt they will.

I see us as going 7-0 in our matches, being the only team to go undefeated through quarters/1st rd of consolations in Session 3. Think we will make up a lot of ground in the team score here, and move to 3rd possibly 2nd. I think tOSU and PSU will also do really well in these rounds.
