There is kind of an interesting thread over on the Nebby site about potential/eventual replacements for Frost. Since I’ve long been banned on that site, thought I would comment/ask this question over here. Retired/former MSU Coach Mark Dantonio’s name was brought up and some Nebraska posters indicated that he was forced out at MSU due to “ethical issues”. Of course, then several Spartan fans chimed in that Dantonio had no such problems and simply retired to spend time with grand kids, etc. Anyway, I’m not clear on why Dantonio left MSU, so was curious to know if anyone has further info? I seem to recall hearing stories that Dantonio was a slimey recruiter and that there was no love lost with Ferentz.
