Does anyone have a good source(s) that reviews the intricacies of "Congruence Model" in organizational structure?(first developed by Nadler and Tushman, if I'm reading correctly)

I've found several sources, but most appear to be written from the perspective of a company trying to sell themselves as a corporate restructuring agent. They provide the basics, but they only give positive scenarios of how the model works, and ends up looking more like a glorified sales brochure in the guise of a formal academic-based article. I was hoping for something more along the lines of a peer-reviewed article perhaps from upper tier business journals outlining not only the basics, but maybe some pros and cons of the model.

Thank you kindly.
