Check hawkeyesports.com, if it's a theme game, it will be there somewhere, either in an article or on the schedule page. There's no mention for UNI, so you'd be safe wearing black.

This week's theme is fight for Iowa. On the season tickets they said it is a blackout game, it's not. The Northwestern game is. Once again the marketing department screwed up, shocker.
