Questions on traveling to Lincoln for Nebraska

1) How bad is the game day traffic on I-80 Omaha to Lincoln?
I expect bumper to bumper.....
2). Recommendations on where to park? Hoping to attend Hawkeye Huddle.
3) Planning on staying the night in Council Bluffs after the game.

1. Not terrible, the worst will be last minute or leaving. I arrive 3-4 hours prior and no issues.
2. Downtown, you're going to have to walk. It's usually at the Embassy Suites.
3. CB has Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, Country Inn & Suites and then your lower level type hotels.

Stay at the Horse Shoe Casino area hotels. Not sure of the name of them, but they are pretty new and would give you a bar or two to go to inside and fairly close to the casino.
