I watched Steveson tech his first opponent and won 8-0 against his next, it was really impressive. Dake got teched also
Steveson has dominated and not even allowed a point yet and going for gold.
Dake got beat in the quarters, but got pulled back in the repechage and will wrestle tonight.
Gilman looked great, losing to the eventual gold medalist in the final seconds of the match.
Taylor looked great also. He hit a sweet double in the final seconds of the gold medal match against Yazdani to win.
Snyder hasn’t wrestled yet, but has a favorable draw.
Did Steveson wrestle a third match? I only caught the first two, but he dominated. He's fun to watch when you're actually rooting for him.

Does anyone know if that is the correct application of the par terre rules? Sometimes I see refs force them to do par terre rather than put them back up so quickly.
That ending to Steveson's match... Wow. He can take down whoever he wants whenever he wants in that division. Such an athlete. Surprised the NFL hasn't sniffed around him.
The quick encapsulation: an unbelievable performance by team USA! The Dake loss was the only match I remember seeing a USA wrestler get dominated. Gilman's loss was a great match. If Snyder can cap itall off that would be amazing.
Can't help but think about Zain right now failing to get his weight qualified, or I think we medal every weight the way Oliver has been wrestling.
Definitely take it, but that was my thought as well. See Americans do get the benefit of bad calls at international events too.
Yeah and there was an iffy exchange on the edge that could have been 4 (or at least 2) for Gable too. I don't think Geno can complain much considering all he had to do was not get taken down twice in 10 seconds.
Ref also called a stalement with something like 1:30 left when they were on the mat and GS looked to be close to scoring.
He can tag team with Brock Lesner. Can be the reincarnation of the Minnesota Wrecking Crew or BAGs - Bad Ass Gofs.
