Rain For Northern Illinois

The good news is, no five-day forecast can be depended upon. Last year the Cubs postponed a game against Milwaukee about 12 hours in advance because the forecast called for a 100% chance of rain. But it never rained. Not a drop, and Milwaukee has been trolling the Cubs about it ever since.

It's way, way too early to worry about the weather on Saturday. My advice: Get up on Saturday morning and make your own forecast. Until then, keep calm and carry on. ;)

Wouldn't trust the forecast just yet if at all. They did just spend most of Thurs and Fri saying storms for Fri night. Bunch of high schools rescheduled games to earlier in the evening. Never did rain in the Iowa City area, was actually a perfect night for football.

let's just play along with the OP for a while...

(sarcasm on, or is it?)

IKM, with all of his ball control issues, fumbles twice. Fans are screaming for Toren Young.

OL can't block and Stanley gives up a strip sack fumble, TD for NIU.

Slippery ball causes the Iowa punter to drop the ball and he gets dropped for a big loss.

Recinos can't kick a wet ball through the uprights as the final gun sounds and the Hawks lose 21-20
