Probably a scandal for any other president but fairly BAU these days.

Pretty sure people wanted Obama investigated regarding a lot he bought in Chicago. So add that and then add all the unexplained Trump real estate transactions. Russian oligarchs buying property above market value, unexplained entities, lying to investors and lying to banks/creditors, etc.

Also not renting to black people. And his rhetoric regarding the Central Park 5 case. General racist behavior could probably be it's own category.

Also, the many times Trump has commented on an ongoing investigation. That use to be a big deal. He called a casino robbery a terrorist attack. Used to be a big deal if you spoke too soon.

Trump has a relationship with a known pedophile. That pedophile received an incredibly light plea agreement that didn't follow proper procedures for notifying victims. The prosecutor that arranged it was made Sec of Labor by Trump. The pedophile's lawyer, who was accused of having sex with these girls, has become a huge Trump supporter. The pedophile ends up dead while in custody of Trump's DOJ after all of this starts resurfacing. At least one of the girls was recruited from Mar a Lago.

It's interesting how so many of "only the best people" in Trump's administration turned out to be "total losers."

I believe there's been several reports regarding Trump's lack of secure communication methods. Essentially using non-secure cell phones.

I realize confidential information on personal emails was once a scandal, so that is fairly analogous.

It was also reported that Trump revealed information to a Russian ambassador which could have/did revealed intelligence sources/methods.

It was also reported that he refused to allow his translator to take notes and anyone else in the room when he meets with Putin. This might be considered similar to the Obama scandal when he was caught on mic telling a Russian he would have more room to maneuver after the election.

Obama was also very aggressive with the press regarding leakers. I think a lot has been made up about that (Sheryl Atkinson) but he still deserves criticism.

You left off the biggest one for Trump, and that is his continuous espousing of conspiracy theories that are dividing this country into two camps of different beliefs as to what the truth is. On top of this he claims our media is largely fake news, especially when it goes against him. He has undermined the people's confidence in their own institutions which have served this country so well from the beginning of its existence. He has made us a divided nation. I am sure there is a word for this, and it is far greater than just a scandal.

For Obama I think he should get credit for his illegal war in Libya. Europeans couldn’t even get there without our help.
That debacle is still ongoing, and actually fueling other problems.
For some reason he tried to help the Saudis install a dictator in Yemen, and sadly we’re still helping the Saudis flounder around and kill Yemenis.
I also consider it scandalous that the last administration armed jihadists in Syria and ultimately sent in ground troops without even trying to get Congressional authorization for their regime change war. Another mess we’re still not out of.
Surged occupation of Afghanistan to over 100,000 troops and the only enduring accomplishment was more dead and wounded Americans.
