  1. Ohio State - Iowa may have won in 2017, 55-24 at Kinnick, but outside Kinnick, the Hawkeyes haven't won in Columbus, since 1991, never under KF coached team.
  2. Wisconsin - Iowa may have won at Kinnick this year, but both the Hawkeyes and Wildcats have to play the Badgers in Madison, where Iowa hasn't won, since 2015.
  3. Northwestern - the Hawkeyes have lost four of the last five in the series against the Wildcats. Of note, the last win, the last two wins have each come in Evanston.
  4. Indiana - the Hawkeyes open the 2021 season against IU, if the regularly scheduled games return for the upcoming season? Iowa has a six game B1G winning streak on the line to open 2021 at Kinnick.
  5. Michigan - Iowa isn't scheduled, and lost 10-3 in 2019 in Ann Arbor. Could Jim Harbaugh and Kirk Ferentz finally get a date in Indianapolis against one another?
  6. Purdue - another thorn for the Hawkeyes, who have lost three of the last four in the series, though last win was at Kinnick.
  7. Penn State - Iowa knocked off a six game losing streak to the Nittany Lions, so the game at Kinnick should be another close one.
  8. Maryland - Iowa has never won in College Park (2014), so time to make history there.
  9. Nebraska - the Hawkeyes haven't lost in Lincoln in a decade come 2021. Iowa has won seven of the ten games played, since 2011.
  10. Minnesota - PJ Fleck has had some close ones, but hasn't beat Iowa before as a head coach.
  11. Illinois - Bret Bielema will make a trip back home to Iowa City in his debut season at the helm of the Fighting Illini.
  12. Michigan State - Iowa took care of the series losing streak, dating back to 2012, before last season.
  13. Rutgers - the Hawkeyes don't have much history playing the Scarlet Knights, and unless schedule is changed for 2021, it isn't likely. But, the series will be played annually soon, as Penn State gets replaced.
  14. Iowa at Iowa State in Week 2 may be a huge showdown, especially if the Cyclones are ranked for the first time in forever for the series.
