Jake KnightI'm sure there are others Iowa is interested in, just drawing a blank. Any other notable 2026ers from Iowa?
I would love to see the Hawks land the Raney brothers, Blaze, and Bassett. 3 of those 4 (all 4 would be lightning in a bottle) paired with Deluca and Block would leave the Hawks stout from 125-149 for the near future with a little wiggle room for injuries and guys not meeting expectations.Who is still left on the board as far as big targets that we are rumored to be in on?
2025
#1 @ 138 Marcus Blaze OH (between Iowa, PSU, tOSU, Michigan, and Cornell it seems
#2 @ 165 Ladarian Lockett OK (seems ISU is the other main suitor, and I'm sure OSU is trying hard to retain him)
#4 @ 144 Dorian Olivarez TX (staff is aware of him, not sure if he's interested in college wrestling - talented BJJ prospect)
2026
#2 @ 215 Dreshaun Ross IA (Kueter replacement)
#1 @ 144 Bo Bassett PA
#1 @ 132 Jax Forrest PA
#5 @ 138 Sam Herring PA
#7 @ 126 Jayden Raney KY
#5 @ 132 Jordyn Raney KY
#6 @ 215 Michael Mocco FL (Another option if Ross goes Football route?)

Brayden Koester could be one to watch, he knocked off #12 overall Nick Singer twice this summer (once in Greco), won Fargo.Just looking ahead, how about class of 2027? Any thoughts?
I'd also throw in Disalvo, Landers, Youngbloudt, Broedy Hendricks, and Maximus Dhabolt. These are some of the best in state recruits from that class along with Koester. I would also include Schwab but its pretty obvious where he will go. I believe Youngloudt and Landers train at immortals as well. The Iowa 2027 class is the best class in a long time imo.Brayden Koester could be one to watch, he knocked off #12 overall Nick Singer twice this summer (once in Greco), won Fargo.
Hard to beat iowas class 2 years ago. Kueter, Block, Nate, Tate, Kale, and Gabe if you want to count him.I'd also throw in Disalvo, Landers, Youngbloudt, Broedy Hendricks, and Maximus Dhabolt. I think that was a very good class but I stand by the 2027 class. They already have a world teamer, multiple fargo national champs, and alot of fargo AA's. To go with the 7 names already mentioned, Porter, Spurgeon, Crosson, Christoffer, Prine, Fullhart, Fuerbach, Wiele, Mehlert, Casey, Wallukait, Courter, Wignail, Christensen, and so many more. I think this class could have the most D1 prospects in a very long time. They are very deep.Hard to beat iowas class 2 years ago. Kueter, Block, Nate, Tate, Kale, and Gabe if you want to count him.

Are there windows in that room?My prediction is that Melvin Miller ends up top 3 pfp in the class of 27 out of PA. Rolls around with Bo Bassett in his basement regularly.
I think he’s already #1 PFP in his class. He’s already ranked PFP in the overall hs board. My prediction is that Melvin Miller ends up top 3 pfp in the class of 27 out of PA. Rolls around with Bo Bassett in his basement regularly.
Lots, good luck getting him to come to a room without windows. Are there windows in that room?
I’m not sure. Whatever they’re doing in that basement seems to be working.Lots, good luck getting him to come to a room without windows.
A very few of us PSU fans aren’t really interested in a guy so involved in social media self promotion.I’m not sure. Whatever they’re doing in that basement seems to be working.
it’s gonna cost you a subscription to Bo’s social channel to find out. Info isn’t free any more. Are there windows in that room?
Didn’t know that. Good to know.I think he’s already #1 PFP in his class. He’s already ranked PFP in the overall hs board.
Those parties say anything about Dreshaun or the Raney twins?Parties much more informed than I are very optimistic about Bo and Keegan. We will be in the thick of it til the end for sure.
Verrette is a hammer. McMullen is a depth guy but would probably never make the lineup. He did not place at states in Pennsylvania last year and has not really done much at any national event besides US Open this spring. Joe Bachmann, Melvin Miller, and Landon Sidun all from PA are the ones they should go after. I think Youngbloudt could help the Hawkeyes down the line.Owen McMullen PA
Jax Miller IA
Tommy Verrett OK (by way of CO)
Keegan Bassett is class of 2028. Him and Mario Hutcherson should be the top 2 that Iowa should be going after in 2028 class.Parties much more informed than I are very optimistic about Bo and Keegan. We will be in the thick of it til the end for sure.

I agree. There are some names on that list that are good but really not top of the chain blue chip recruits.
What do these smooth brained PSU geeks find funny about this?Parties much more informed than I are very optimistic about Bo and Keegan. We will be in the thick of it til the end for sure.
Gobblin they don't want Bo. He's too much of a distraction and has already peaked, screams narcissistWhat do these smooth brained PSU geeks find funny about this?
Btw, I will wager with ANY PSU here that Bo doesn’t attend PSU if you can find time between lurking here, canning farts, and finger popping each others assholes.
Ahh. Giggling as a coping mechanism…. I hear they’re glad they didn’t land Spencer also.😂 Such a group of hardos.Gobblin they don't want Bo. He's too much of a distraction and has already peaked, screams narcissist![]()
Jax and Blaze will be a consolation that PSU fans will somehow have to live with...What do these smooth brained PSU geeks find funny about this?

One of my all time favorite lines. I may even use it daily and I'm proud to do so. Well done! What do these smooth brained PSU geeks find funny about this?

The day we start losing recruiting battles to Illinois for lightweights, is when I’ll really start to worry about the direction we’re taking.Really hope TNT bring out the big guns for the Raney's. They really love Greco and Illinois is definitely the best big 10 school to do that at.

Love me some shy, retiring Gobblin! When will Bouzakis be arriving to Iowa City?😉What do these smooth brained PSU geeks find funny about this?
