Actually they both did commit crimes. One, child porn, and the other, child porn and distribution of child porn. Both will be deported.
Depending on when the birthdays fall, one could be guilty of Statutory rape too. In some States a 18 year old and 14 year old would be automatic. I know a guy that spent 5 years in the pen and is a lifetime sex offender for having sex with a 14 year old while he was 18 in Colorado. 2 months later she would have been 15 and it wouldn't have been a crime at all.

The truth should be all that matters. But I've also known a bunch of liberal policies and several times when something came up and all liberals did do was scream "believe the woman!!" And when it turned out to be all a pack of lies. . . they all disappeared.

How many liberals apologized to the Duke LaCrosse?? One person. The rest pretended they did nothing wrong after essentially calling their lacrosse team monsters who where not worthy of sharing the campus with them. That they did nothing wrong after destroying their lacrosse team's season before anyone even looked into what the truth was.

Any of them called that frat at UVA to apologize? Nope. For the most part they seem more upset that these things made them look bad then they are about the fact that the lies made them look bad. Hell because of that accusation the liberals screamed and made the administration put a bunch of new rules on fraternities that where not withdrawn or canceled after it turned out that the story was all bull.

Maybe you arn't part of this segment, but you have to recognize that there is a segment of the left that believes in "rape culture" and as a part of their belief in "rape culture" they are for the most part only interested in what the woman has to say and punishing based upon that.

Overall as a president I like Obama a lot more then Trump. But one thing your boy did that ticks me off is he basically started investigating hundreds of universities for not punishing people accused of rape, and then forced the universities to hold their own hearings, even if there was no law enforcement investigation in the matter. A university wasn't allowed anymore to just let the law adjudicate a felony. Instead they had to hold their own amateur hearings. He also lowered the standard of evidence in these hearings and that combined with the investigations made it perfectly clear that if the hearing didn't come up with a guilty verdict they could expect a federal Title IX investigation.

Unsurprisingly a lot of them where more willing to dump a student overboard with a "found responsible for sexual assault" on his academic record rather then deal with a Title IX investigation. And then some liberals where even willing to pretend that the red mark about finding them responsible for sexual assault wouldn't hurt that student's ability to secure a transfer.
