Good for them. I am all for any wrestling facility investment/improvement.
They're tied with us for the number of champions over the last 5 years...
And very likely to add another this season while we, well, we'll see...
Are people here really trying to compare the two programs? I mean, in any possible way, shape, or form, seriously...
Based off finances and support, it's not fair to UNI to compare at all so I say good for them. Apples to oranges my friends.

My comment was not a slam, though I see how it could have been interpreted as one. I was being honest, the Wall of Champions is one of the coolest things about every wrestling room. Even my HS has one for state championships! At first it was on the side of the mats, and then they moved it to the wall. And, I was at Iowa with Doug and consider him a great wrestler, coach and even more, person!
They certainly will when the Hayden (his son) gets there and brings all of his friends!
I like Uni and I like Schwab, I hope they are always the 2nd best team in IOWA.
