Republican voters vs. Billionaires

There are approximately 735 billionaires in the USA as of 2023, so there are probably more now. trump got 76,838,984 votes in the 2024 election. I would like to know why so many republican trump voters are so concerned with only 735 billionaires getting big tax cuts that cost our country several trillions of dollars.

I’m curious what has happened in the past in regards of rich people and taxes.
Haven’t they always been given a break? Or was it only for a four year stretch and then it went back to them paying a lot in taxes for four years.
I’m not a billionaire, but I know my taxes haven’t changed much in my lifetime.
