Sadly we have 3 point scoring seniors next year, after that right now the remaining team has scored less than 5 total team points at NCAAs
Well we all knew next year would be a massive rebuilding year. Ayala and Chittum have to be in the title hunt next year.
Definitely some questions regarding the lineup. Will Brands be back? Can we find a 97 in the portal? Are Brody or Abe going to take a huge step forward or do we look for other options in the portal? Where does Chittum end up, mixed reports on Chittum at 49 next year. If it's 57 can Cobe cut to 49 or is Rathjen the guy?
Next year's team is going to have a different feel for sure.
Many say this year was a rebuild year. Two in a row not sounding good.
Let's take the pressure off and see what we get/have before we rush to judgement.

Looked at the wrestling roster and Cobe was listed at 149/157. Don’t know if he can make that cut, but that’s what he’s listed at.
We absolutely can't sit as is at 133, 184 and 197. I'm kinda hoping Chittum is a 157 just because Im sick of that weight not being addressed. I'm not confident in the weight opposite Chittum either. Rathjen is the only guy in the room I hold some hope for filling 149 well if he is actually healthy and that's because he is pretty athletic and has good size for the weight.

133- no AA
141- title contender
149/157- possible AA at 1 weight with Chittum. No AA at the other.
165- possible AA
174- top 6
184- no AA
197- no AA
285- top 4
I don't think it was. Then again maybe it was, idk.
It didn't feel like a rebuild, even with 5 new starters, probably because Brands had been in the lineup quite a bit previously and Woods slotted in perfectly to replace Jaydin.
The end of the Spencer Lee era marks the start of our rebuild IMO.
No matter the points we will be well behind PSU. They will return 2 to 4 champs depending on how 157 and 285 go. Throw in 2 3rds and that's a nice starting point. They will get points between 125, 133, 165 and 197 to fill in although probably won't be needed as just the 6 returning AAs will score 110 probably.
