When revenue sharing starts.

1. Will student athletes be classified as employees or independent contractors?
2. Will their pay be public record?
3. Can the university fine them if they violate university policy?
4. Will student athletes unionize?
4. If they do unionize, will there be a collective bargaining agreement?

1. The universities are doing everything to avoid making them employees for numerous reasons. Not sure if it will work. See court cases for companies like Uber.
