25 to 65 years? I get the FAFO and I certainly get the “don’t physically attack your sentencing judge” but that’s just silly.

Murderers and rapists get less time.

So Nevada taxpayers have to keep him in for essentially life?

How about 15 years and call it good?

Does Nevada have a minimum scheme for this offense? Although that range is ridiculously huge. I could see an indeterminate sentencing scheme with a maximum, but a 40-year what if range is just absurd.

He’s had multiple arrests for battery. When he attacked the judge she was attempting to sentence him for an incident when he attacked a guy with a baseball bat.

He’s habitually violent and I won’t lose any sleep over his sentence.

Same here.

Repeat offenders often repeat. He's a menace to society.

They should have just shot him as he attacked the judge. I certainly would have, a choke hold is too good for that POS.

I'm biased. But if a criminal defendant does that. F them. I could care less. He wasn't high as he had been in jail for a while. He is just an asshole.

And I 'm the one that did defense work before I went on the bench. F him

I'd say how about we kill him and call it good

This is where I come down on this but I find it troubling that it took an assault on a judge for the judicial system to finally drop the hammer.

Elections have consequences. if you'd been paying attention to the details Trump told us what he'd do.
This is on you. This is what you voted for. Goons who assaulted cops skipping out of prison to a heroes welcome.

Has he indicated that everyone will be pardoned? I must have missed that.

Yeah I'm not going to get too upset about the sentence of a multi-time violent offender who attacked a judge. Is it longer than I expected, yes. But it is completely out of line for what he did considering his history? No

You own this. Post here when Rhodes and Tarrio are pardoned. Rhodes wife has been quoted that she’s petrified of him murdering her if he’s released.
You own this.

What am I owning? You're the one asserting that Trump said he was going to pardon everyone. I'm just asking for a link that supports your claim. You have failed to deliver.

You can deny what Trump has said, or obfuscate (Elite college word), all you want. You own this. People who beat cops walking free after Trump pardons them.
You are laughable when it comes to claims of being pro law and order.

Where is your link?

Everyone is waiting.
