Does Nevada have a minimum scheme for this offense? Although that range is ridiculously huge. I could see an indeterminate sentencing scheme with a maximum, but a 40-year what if range is just absurd.

He’s had multiple arrests for battery. When he attacked the judge she was attempting to sentence him for an incident when he attacked a guy with a baseball bat.

He’s habitually violent and I won’t lose any sleep over his sentence.

Most were victims of political overreach, anyone who was jailed should definitely be considered a political prisoner.
