The actor who played Odo(not going to spell his name) died today of lung cancer. I was such a big fan of DS9. It was in some ways better than The Next Generation.

I had no idea he was that old (79). And I didn't know Nog (50) also died this year and Marina Sirtis (Deanna Troi) had her husband die literally last night.
