When I hear certain songs I have the urge to exercise even now! Bet he helped a lot of people.
I can still hear Breaking Up Is Hard To Do in Jr High gym. Hated that dumb week
Damn! Guy was ahead of his time. Look at all the dudes wearing short shorts these days.
I grew up in the 80s and 90s and remember my mom working out to his workout videos. Seemed like a decent guy who genuinely cared about people. RIP.

I'm curious what he died from. Cause I'm hoping to live at least 4 years longer than Simmons did and I'm positive I don't exercise nearly as much as he did.

The article that I posted stated that he had be treated for skin cancer, but that may not have been what he died from.
Seems unlikely, it's my understanding that with modern medicine skin cancer is not that deadly.
