Kirk said on the tv show tonight that Barkley is the best RB he's seen in his 19 years as HC at Iowa.

Green was a Beast. I think he wins the Heisman if he returned for senior season. So many amazing plays and tough to bring down.

Greene was a beast and very physical but he didn't have Barkleys speed, explosiveness, cutting ability or receiving skills.

Barry Sanders comes to mind for me - as second. They are very similar runners.

Barkley is like Barry Sanders. I have never seen a RB like that and sadly probably won't see him again until the NFL. I assume this is his last year in Happy valley. The kid is a gamer, I just worry about 40+ carries a game. He was showing fatigue late in the game and I thought he blew out his knee when he tried cutting. That looked bad, but he came back.
