Don't look for a hotel in Evanston. Get one in the city where you can have fun before the game and after. Park your car Friday and leave it until Sunday, the subway/el (Chicago Transit Authority) will get you to the game.

When I was there two years ago west side of the stadium is were a lot of people were tailgating I believe it's the Press Box side
