So I didn't do my research when I was "freaking out" over Iowa not getting a RB in this class. I saw someone Tweet that Iowa has a freshman RB higher ranked than anything they could have signed in the past month.
I went back and looked at both Williams' profile and wow they had some good offers. Obviously LeShon had 16 offers from some pretty good schools.
So why is it such a surprise that with a Soph stud, two capable freshmen, that someone doesn't look at that depth chart and realize they may have to wait for snaps?
A 2022 stud is a must though right? Is there any info on which RB most likely will be the back up to Goodson next year? I could see Iowa testing the transfer market for someone who has had some carries before.
