Wondering what folks think about the status of the running game. After 6 games, the Hawks have not yet had a back go for 100yds. Are they close to breaking ifo several big runs in a single game? Can the offense continue to click without explosive plays coming in the run game, especially against PSU or Northwestern?

What are the chances the Hawks have a breakout performance on the ground this weekend?

If the wind is as strong as predicted we may see a lot of running from both teams on Saturday.

The Iowa running game will get going better when opponents start game planning to stop Iowa's passing game first.

I think that a lot of it depends on how teams are defending us AND depending on the match-ups. Also, I think that our run-blocking is still a little bit of a work-in-progress. However, I think that through each and every game ... I think that our runners and blockers are incrementally taking steps forward.
