Running game

given our desire to call so many runs between the tackles, we need a work horse.

I would make Toren the #1 in carries, reduce Wadley to around 10-15 per, mix up some two back sets (not counting FB in front of TB) but keep Wadley on the field in the slot when not at TB, given his play making ability, and run slants and screens at him.

I miss Adam Robinson and Coker. Slightly dynamic but hard runners.

Butler will be back next week. But with the same predictable play calls, I don’t have a lot of confidence.

We need the dynamic duo of Wadley and Butler as
the running back studs. IF they can both start gaining
100 yards a game, then the Hawkeyes will be winning.

Starts with the O-line..Combo of injuries,less than stellar performance by a couple and youth at the Tackles...Iowa is losing the battle at the LOS quite a few times...this leads to issues for the rb's.

Wadley's jump cuts have been slow the last couple of games. He may be hurt.
