Geo Baker was unstoppable but my God Northwestern it’s really hard to shoot with one hand on the ball and the other hand grasping your throat. They threw up shot after shot that had NO chance.

Would have been nice as far as the standings go if Northwestern had won. Rutgers tied with Iowa now.

I had money on Rutgers to win thinking it was guaranteed money. Seeing NW command 35 min of the game, I just assumed I lost it. Unreal Rutgers came back!!

I had a feeling. I think it was a 13-15 point lead with 15 left when I threw down on the moneyline. NW isn’t that good and I knew they were capable of going cold. Good times!

Collins has some nice pieces, with another year of experience for these kids I would expect NW to make some big strides next year.

Collins, IMO, really did a bad job of coaching in the last 5 minutes. NW could not even get off a decent shot and kept going to 1 on 1 heaves by Buie. They gave the game to Rutgers down the stretch.

But, I do think NW has a young core of players that will be a very good basketball team in the future (probably next year).

I have football and wrestling season tix but I don't have MBB because I just cant' get to all of the games. I happened to buy last night's tickets from a friend. SO glad I did.
I'm actually 3-0 on watching wins this season: SHU, psu, and NW.

It's fun to be a Rutgers fan again!

I keep hearing this, but unless they develop some cojones that allow them to get tougher at the end of games, they will always be losers.

Watched the last 4 min of regulation and OT. Those 9 minutes of action gave me no clues as to how NW ever got ahead by 18. They looked completely lost out there.
