The most important thing Rutgers has to do in order to win this game is score more points than Iowa.
Which is actually a key and not just a sparky comment.

Rutgers won't be winning this game, 21-20, unless Iowa just turtles up on offense or half their team gets hurt.....which judging by how this season has gone will probably f***ing happen anyway because reasons.

They need to score at least 4-5 TDs to have a chance. Then the pressure is on Iowa because scoring too many points becomes a mental roadblock for Kirk Ferentz-coached teams apparently, and once they reached a certain number, you get a product of diminishing returns and the mistakes that weren't there before are suddenly a regular thing.

Rutgers will need their ST to come up big. A kickoff or punt return for TD could set the tone. There is precedent for this (Iowa losses at MD and AZ, not to speak of the lala game) and Rutgers has a guy of that caliber to do such damage.
