  • Hi everyone Pitt fan here. Coming with some friends in an RV for the Pitt game. Any information on what lots I can use with an RV would be great. If there's somewhere I could stay from Friday to Sunday that would be ideal. Thanks in advance and good luck this year.

I dont know about everyone else but i dont mind when outsiders come into the lots. A few years ago we had Ohio State people next to us and it was a good time. To answer your question donor lots are assigned spots and you would have to search craigs list etc for a pass for sale and beware you need to pieces to get in your pass and your spot card. Otherwise Finkbine golf course area has some decent RV parking and its first come first serve i think. we are in dental lot so not real sure on the others.

Well you made me google Paula Jantz haha....in the lot by the golf course could I arrive on a Friday? I went to the Pitt game in 2011 in Iowa City. Iowa fans are easily the nicest I've met. I'm very excited to return.

I'd email tickets@hawkeyesports.com and ask them about General Public RV parking for the Pittsburgh game. Lay out exactly what you're looking for and see what they can do to help.

Night before be white trash and do a Wal Mart thing. Actually I'd park down at Riverside casino and have a real good time.
Early am gameday I'd recommend Hancher first and Finkbine second.
FYI = like your team. Coach blew it last time here and you'd beat us last year if your rb didn't get dinged up. Bad news for us is that kept same Off coachs onboard for another year of misery on offense.

I'd try to find a donor pass if you can find one and afford spend the bucks on it. Otherwise finkbine.

Thanks for all the help everyone. A good friend of mine is a diehard Iowa fan so I usually try to follow you guys. Between him, Hayden adopting the Steelers colors, beating PSU a bunch, and Ricky Stanzi you're a likable program from my point of view.

You can actually park at Riverside and take a shuttle to the game. They have a pregame tailgate in the lot just north of the north end zone. The golf course is great, the food fabulous, and the gaming isn't to bad either.
