RX advice......Corns!

I have got one on my right foot on the medial aspect of my little toe.....holy shit it's a pain! Makes my golf game as efficient as Iowa's football offense!

Had one about 6 years ago in Europe....I bought some sort of ointment in Prague that over time eliminated the corn.....as well as half my toe! Chewed the hell out of my skin between the toes!
I am currently using a "corn removal pad"....but it is slow going! Do I go to a pediatrist/doctor? Big "revenge" gold game Saturday morning.......HELP! please......
