Agree, but certainly no slouches ranked there in the top 10, or even top 20, so it has to have some credibility as to quality teams, even this early.

Nebraska has gone down 5 spots and ISU has gone up 1 spot without playing a game! No need for explanations from anyone. Just a fun fact.

The Sagarin is the most accurate of the polls- it’s the only one that says we’re better than Georgia!

Finally a poll with some credibilty. Gains strength/accuracy as the season goes.

Will be interesting to see where the Hawkeyes are after the ISU game. In the not to distant past Iowa used to drop spots in the polls after a win over ISU.
