Am thinking Olive oil, lemon pepper, and garlic, but want more excitement. What say you?

What kind of salmon? Can you get salmon right now; I don't know the seasons that well.

Please don't tell me you're eating farmed (Atlantic) salmon. It tastes bad, has artificial coloring, and is very unhealthy.

Too much acid will ruin the salmon. It will start chemically cooking, making it very difficult to handle. Add soy sauce and fresh ginger.

You say difficult to handle, I say delicious. You just add like a tablespoon to the oil and other spices.

I am far from a food snob but real good salmon needs nothing more than a dash of salt and pepper with a squirt of lemon.

I'm a big fan of mango on salmon. But I've recently got into saffron and salmon paella is pretty tasty.
