UPDATE: After a goal in her last preseason match, then a season opening loss, not only is Sam is a regular starter in Sweden’s Damallsvenskan (one of the better leagues in the world) but she’s got them off to their best start ever. They sit in fourth place and one win out of a UEFA W Champions League qualifying position.
