Scandal at a good ol' Baptist college down in Texas

At least the players aren't murdering each other. So they are taking steps in the right direction.

Schools just shouldn't be doing criminal investigations, you can find a laundry list of instances where they have bungled them BOTH WAYS. Their investigations are designed to handle academic misconduct, not rape and the people that they have there are not well trained in how to handle it and are often subject to outside pressures to come to a certain decision. And those pressures can also go both ways.

If a student reports a sexual assault to staff they should be referred to police and the law can handle the issue.
