iran is 9hr and 30 mins ahead of us. so if they wrestle at 430 iran time, it would 130 am eastern here in the states. so here in iowa it would be 12:30 am. if im wrong please say something as I will be watching this later tonight and don't wanna miss it.

USA could legit win the "pool of death"

I don't know how we match up with Iran for a finals though. Steiber, Burroughs, Snyder - all world champs...Green world bronze...that's a pretty good line up. Taylor has been wrestling well, too. Maybe this year the team can take it all home. What do some more informed posters here think?

I think you go the right idea except Iran is situated 8h30m ahead of the eastern U.S. Here is a quote from a USA Wrestling article...
