As much as Clarence wants to be a real Republican deep down he knows they still see him as lesser than.

Racially gerrymandered huh... Not knowing anything else and just based on the likelihood that actually happened... the Conservative justices probably got it right.
I'm assuming the districts were gerrymandered, as most districts are at some level...but AI doubt it was because of race and more likely about how votes tend to fall.

I would absolutely hate to have to live in the world he wants to create but one silver lining if it did occur would be seeing the leopards coming to eat his face.
So you're saying it's OK to gerrymander states for political reasons, regardless of whether it disenfranchises specific races?
Nope, that would be the Rs. They are the ones who just screwed over all these black voters.
It is okay to take steps that, as an unintended by-product, impacts people of only one race.
The law should be race-blind.
You ever notice that everytime the Rs rule on something or pass legislation it's somehow always to the benefit of white people?
Society isn't race blind. We have an entire party lead by a racist. So it's up to the law to turn that racism back.
Create a list of all the laws and rulings the Rs have done that benefits minorities. Because I can easily point out everything the Rs have done that hurts minorities.
Well they are the majority, and in a democracy, majority rules. Why do you hate democracy?
Even this isn't true. Rs haven't won the popular vote in 20 years. Yet here we are. They own two thirds of the court and make rulings diminishing the black vote.
I'm saying white people are the majority... I thought dems were supposed to be the smart educated ones
