The fact that this was 5 to 4 is crazy. Our newest diversity hire justice unable to define the word "woman" unsurprisingly voted in the minority here.

Read the opinion. The 5-4 part, as one would expect for an emergency docket case, is highly procedural and relates solely to the scope of the existing injunctions. All 9 justices agreed that 3 challenged portions of the rule were rightfully enjoined. The only question was whether to stay the injunction as to the rest of the rule
