I believe they go on sale to the general public Aug 5.

When I called they confirmed my email is associated with my seats. I was able to pay for them over the phone but it’s frustrating to have never received an email. So if it wasn’t for the cesspool notifications, I may have lost my seats. Thanks you filthy animals.
