Expensive place to live ... maybe if he treats the place as an investment that he'll sell when he moves and/or gets traded ... then maybe it could be a worthwhile real-estate investment.

One of Iowa's past NFL TE's told me why our TEs are sought by the NFL. He said after QB, TE is the most complicated position to learn because of both blocking schemes and routes. Due to Iowa's system, our TE's are exceptionally well prepared for the league and don't need as much attention.
