After 4 years of Trump wiping his ass with the law with "Executive privilege", now GOP wants to claim moral authority. Real rich.
I wonder if 100 years from now the first reply to a post will be a Trump whataboutism.

I read this as both strategic and a great troll of the House committee members who are over a year out of compliance with subpoenas claiming........you guessed it, executive privilege.
I don’t understand this part of the WH Counsel’s letter. Either the have a basis for privilege claims or they don’t. Seems “why” the House wants them would be irrelevant.

Honestly I'm all for it. Because honestly I don't feel like I need to defend supporting Biden or voting for Biden I just need to show why he's a better choice than Trump.
Absent Trump I can't defend supporting Biden. But with Trump being the only legitimate other choice its REALLY REALLY easy.
Our system is designed to give us 2 choices with a legitimate shot at winning and only 2 choices with a legitimate shot at winning. And because of that this is what we get.
Now I would love to change to something that gives us more choices with a legitimate shot at winning but that won't happen because at least half this country believes that the words and the documents written by rich white slave owners 250 years ago are roughly equal to the word of God.

I mean you can rag on Biden for this all you want but he's doing what's been done for ages now. And even then it's a milder version because you can see the transcript. He's not hiding information, just sound bytes.
