That would be ok. They are tough. I know Iowa St and Minnesota had one. They seem to be somewhat regional. Kansas would be nice.

I am not absolutely certain but I understood they will forego the silent scrimmage in favor of a public exhibition game. I don't think you are allowed to do both....

We have two exhibitions in CHA against schools from Sioux Falls, SD. Seems like an odd coincidence to me. Were we possibly trying to have an exhibition against one of these schools in Sioux City and the logistics failed? Just spitballin'.

The 2 exhibitions make sense. We really don't need to know where we stand against another major program. I think we know. We need some teams to beat up on so our freshman can get up to speed. We are going to need those guys this season.

We'll have teams to beat up on on the schedule. I'd rather play someone better than us when it's just for practice.

Also we have some good non conf. games to test us before conference play.

I have season tickets. They have a lot of newcomers this year. Cole Huff is eligible this year. I are projected 9th in the Big East but I am thinking they will finish around 5 or 6.

Iowa basically had to go to the two public exhibitions route this year because they were one game short on the home schedule. My sense is Fran would rather have one public and one closed, but hands were tied on this one this season.
