Had a dream last night (unrelated) I'm driving in a blizzard and my windshield frosts over so I use that, that (What is that thing called with the maps and the ask where to eat and all that?) anyway I use that little map thing and drive perfectly to my destination. Makes the news and all that. I'm pumped. Just like the 1980's video games only with a bigger thrill.

I suspect anyone who reads a scouting report on Iowa this year will be all over Jok from the opening tip. For that reason, Cook is most likely to get the opening slam.
However, this is an exhibition and it isn't Augustana. No one is likely to get many minutes as it will be very surprising if it's not a blow out.
At PG I'm hoping to see CW start. But Fran may feel obliged to make the point that they are playing close in the exhibition and start JB.
I like how they keep marketing the game next week, but haven't mentioned one word about tonight's game. It's pretty obvious a marketing degree from Iowa is worthless.

Isn't tonight's game an exhibition game with $5 tickets while next week's game is a regular season game?
First game with new kids will probably be a very sloppy game with lots of turnovers and mistakes. But, we are playing Regis, so maybe we'll look like Golden State or Cleveland. To answer the question. WMT- 600 in CR is broadcasting the game on a.m. radio. They are on now already.
So, now do you realize why they would market a regular season game with regular prices over an exhibition game with $5 tickets for adults and free for students/kids?
Because tonight's game was tonight and next week's game is a week away. They literally didn't post anything at all for tonight until just a few hours before tipoff. Don't you think they should be promoting all the games?

Baer scored first, should have guessed he is still the player that anticipates better than nearly everyone and he hustled all the time
CW, didn't get nearly as close to my prediction as I would have liked but didn't diminish how close to producing to that level when he decides he can do this.... breakout year !!!!
Spot on with this, enjoy Mr. Cook, I don't believe he will play here 4 years but still has some work to do and from interview seems to be very focused on reaching his potential .
Williams was my prediction and I still think so but Cook ,Jok and Baer I wouldn't argue with.
I was wrong, oh well nobody's perfect.
If this team improves a lot with spacing on offense and communicates on defense the sky is the limit for this year.
