Slapshot in real life!

Looks to my untrained eye that Washington got the better of the altercations.

What the hell happened last night to cause this? I haven't watched hockey since the Atlanta team left town.

Not bad.

Still not as good as the Wings/Avs in '97. That's the standard bearer.

I don’t follow hockey that closely but know and saw what Wilson did earlier this week, that dude shouldn’t be playing anymore. I hope the Rangers keep taking it out on the other Capitals tonight.

And now it's just a boring blowout. Lol

Caps have the Flyers for the last two games and one against the Bruins. I think right now they are tied or will be tied with the Pens who have Buffalo. Definitely advantage Pens based on the opponents but advantage Caps with one extra game. Win out and they are in 1st place. All remaining games will be home games for the Pens and Caps

Yeah. The announcers keep talking about how good it was for NY but to me it felt like they were just doing it because it was expected of them. It didn't feel Ike there was much feeling to it but of course I didn't see most of it live so maybe it's just because of the shitty 2nd period that is taking the feeling out of it for me.

That's what happens when you've got a POS goon as the head of player safety

I know very little about hockey, but considering all that happened this past week, this seems like a joke. Gary Bettman is a joke.

Obviously not NHL, but the Tallahassee Tiger Sharks had an epic fight in 1998 at the TLC double C

Nice video. I've never seen that one.

I used to play beer league with Robby Weingartner. He was the last player cut at training camp in Oklahoma City in '92 and just hung around the rink until someone finally gave him a call. Had a surprisingly decent career. Doug Sheddon loved him.
