He pushed away Saudi Arabia so they have now joined Brics and he drained the SPR after initially cutting oil production when he entered office.

He is drilling for more oil because he is doing everything to prevent even more inflation and a collapse of the economy (and its still not going to work).

So the investment guys made some money and will move on.
