If you are asking why Iowa's so low, its pure numbers. Depending on the ranking, take the score by each player and add them up. Quality rather have 3 5.9 4* kids than 4 5.5 3* kids but from a ranking perspective, it takes more than that to make up the difference.
Iowa's class size in the teens limits the ceiling of the ranking.
