Trump held a rally last week at Madison Square Garden and in the 1930's the Nazi Party also held a rally there. What was astonishing to me is that apparently nothing has happened at MSG between the two rallies. Mind blowing stuff I know......

So I got to ask where is everyone moving to in their attempt to flee from the Fourth Reich?

He's the worst Nazi of all time then, because he got a ton of the minority votes.

Germany? 😉

Fortunately I live in California, which is basically trump proof.
Definitely, they should build a wall around that state or the Government stop paying for the Cali debt ran up every year. When was the last time Cali wasn't in the red with debt?

You should do your homework, homeboy. California features the fifth (5th) largest economy in the world. We subsidize the rest of the country.
The five states that received the most federal aid were:

  • California ($162.9 billion)
  • New York ($110.2 billion)
  • Texas ($105.8 billion)
  • Florida ($58.8 billion)
  • Pennsylvania ($57.1 billion)

You're not very good at this, patriot.

For every dollar sent to the federal government by California, approximately $0.86 is returned to the state in the form of federal funding, meaning California receives less than it contributes.

Meaning, if they were to secede, they’d could collect that same revenue, fund their own programs, and get a $23B bump for the state. That’s about 2.3 times the total budget of Iowa.

And do you know where the money that is distributed to the states comes from?
Federal aid to states comes from the federal government's budget, which is primarily funded by taxes collected from individuals, businesses, and other sources across the country, meaning that the money ultimately comes from taxpayers in all states, even if they receive federal aid; Congress allocates these funds through the annual appropriations process to distribute to states via grants for various programs like healthcare, education, and infrastructure.

So the only money they get is what is directly handed to them?

What about the roads that go to California?

What about the border patrol on their Southern border?

What about the Navy that protects its ports.

What about the Coast Guard?

Could go on and on on about all the benefits they receive for their money, from FBI offices to the Post Office, beyond the straight cash they get back.

Promise ya the 23 billion is not going to going to buy much of a Navy.

You're one step away from getting it, buddy. Put it together...

Follow up question, lets assume that CA is "the worst" because they get so much money. What state do you think is the best in how much "federal aid" they receive? Who is the model of needing the least aid that CA should follow?

You're right. Cali is the greatest place ever. It's floods, burns, takes it's energy from other states and sets EPA standards for everyone else. Just sucks that almost everything has been found to cause cancer in the state.

Don't be dramatic, its a simple question. Your first post implies that CA is a welfare state because they get the "most federal aid". So Im curious, what state's model do you think they should follow?
