And Logan Lee has been an absolute monster at DE this season. Six sacks in a game (maybe my memory is off).Logan Lee is a 2019 TE ffrom ILLINOIS. Logan Jones is 2020 DE from Iowa.
Keep up on the Logans, not the Karashians.
He’s going to make millions if he buys in and plays OT for iowaTE is what Iowa is bringing him in as. He’s a good football player and could play a few different places but has been told he will start at Te. He’s going to be a good one there too. Won some receiving awards at a camp this summer and blocking is a strong point as well. Fits what Iowa likes there very nicely. Some think he would make a hell of an OT as well
I think your right actually, not that he’s short by all means at 6’5” but thought he was similar to plumb in height. That is a great comparisonI think he could be similar to Steinbach and be a stud at OG
Then again maybe he stays at TE? Probably starts there- he is athletic and goes and gets the ball, but just not seeing enough speed to be effective....sometimes big ass dudes like him look slower than they actually areI think your right actually, not that he’s short by all means at 6’5” but thought he was similar to plumb in height. Yeah, before folks start project him elsewhere, they need to recall that we didn't recruit a TE in the '18 class and Coons is gone and he was from the '17 class. Thus, given our O, it would be an understatement to say that we needed an infusion of talent at the TE position. There won't be a lot of depth at TE after Lee's redshirt season, so I would guess he sticks at TE.
Just a quick Wikipedia search and just to remember how big Steinbach was he was 6’6 in high school and had like 26 sacks his senior year came in as a TE. So based on measurables and pure stats coming out of high school just assumed they were a good comparison.I think your right actually, not that he’s short by all means at 6’5” but thought he was similar to plumb in height. Kind of random but didn't Lee run like a 4.9 40?
NVM it was 5.13If he did, he is faster than Iowa's WR commit for 2019.
