political candidates and foundations, e.g., Ted Cruz, Mike Huckabee, The Clinton Foundation, Barack Obama, Ben Carson, Hillary Clinton, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, etc. I'd sure like to know how to shut down all of these calls asking for monetary donations from all of the above. If anyone knows, please let me know. I won't vote for any of these people who call and ask for money.

Cancel landline and get cell phone only. Set cell phone to vibrate and don't answer 800 #'s. I do this and life is grand.

The best way to avoid all the campaign calls, is to register as an independent. That works for me in Colorado, at least.

the "block number" function works well on my cell phone. Somebody calls and doesn't leave a message, the number immediately goes on block

I'm just so tired of all these "Star Wars."

Do you answer and tell them to F off?

I use to work for a political campaign during election season and I know that will get you off the list. They arent going to waste their time with someone that is not open to the message.

Registering as an independent, will only open you up to phone calls from both sides of the aisle in my experience.
