I’m watching several games and I just noticed the player bench seats are 6 feet apart. Huh? Whats the point when, on the floor minutes later, they're touching and grabbing every player

They're moving around constantly while on the floor, sitting on the bench they're next to each other for extended periods of time. Seems like a pretty easy, harmless mitigation effort. Anything they can do to keep playing at this point is okay in my book.
It's all a show. Same thing with coaches. They take their masks off when around the players and when they yell at the players. Masks on when they are quiet and around nobody. It is what it is.
