Solon HS summer tourney??

I just saw this news clip and was surprised to see it. Summer HS wrestling...whoda thunk?

It sounds like a pretty neat event though that appeared to go well for all involved. Cool.

For anyone with knowledge about this, a couple of questions/thoughts...
1. Who would be eligible to compete? Specifically, would graduated seniors be able to participate?
2. Was this a HS sanctioned event or wrestling clubs?
3. What weight limits/brackets were used?

I’m pretty sure this can not be a high school sanctioned event since it happened outside of the wrestling season. I know the rules in the summer are more lax for practicing/work outs and such, but no sports other than baseball/softball are allowed to actually compete.
