That's actually a huge myth. Individual piranhas sometimes bite humans, and there have been recorded fatalities, but that almost never happens.

Which is awesome if he really tried that, because I'd love to see what would happen next. Seems like some Dr Evil shit from Austin Powers. But comically real... Nothing happens then he spazzes out and tells his guys to just start shooting up the tank?

I'm not sure it would be easy to take power in a military coup there. They seem to have a hereditary dictatorship and not descending from Kim IL Sung kind of harms legitimacy.
