Im proud of the gritty 2nd half performance. 1st half was a turd but the boys turned it on in the 2nd half. Great win today and great to have Cy-Hawk trophy back!
Very satisfying to win that one after watching the Iowa State coaches running around like clowns on the sidelines all game.

Place holder for the clones freaked after every PAT, our holder a tap on Koehns helmet and back to the sideline, business like. So glad we run a clean no nonsense Non theatrical program.
We could have lost to Toledo today on our home field. That would have sucked.

Yes, I know what he was doing. So does he. He can't be happy with a win because he isn't a fan and just wants meltdowns. And I love that he was so publicly against CJ last year and has to eat it now. I do not like him very much, and I'm not alone...
Yes clearly I am the one who is upset here today. Iowa won brother be happy. But I am guessing that isn't going to happen is it.
And yes I said after I watched CJ start against Purdue that see why Jake was starting. Again, Im the guy that supports the players out there and don't spend my week bitching about it.
CJ showed guts today and made plays. I was happy. Meanwhile I am guessing you were spending the whole time saying I told you so and banging your head against the wall.

I was not so public against CJ last year. That's something you made up in your mind. I support the players that play buddy. If you want to say I told you so I can say it as well.

I am going to enjoy this year.....but frankly we would be one year ahead had we put the right people on the field last year and called the type of offense we are calling through two games this year. But......no looking back. It is all about next Saturday nite and a sellout and an electric nite with the chance to be 3-0. Great job today boys. Keep that chip on your shoulders and coaches let em play ball.
